2010-03 March Show and Tell

We welcomed Beverly Neff from Neff’s Country Loft in Belpre, Ohio to our meeting to share her quilts and many other goodies from her shop.  We had plenty of time to see her samples and shop her products Thursday night and also at her day long class on Friday.

We also were given some great tips from Arrah including one that showed us how to use the Christmas Nut Picker as a great sewing stilleto.  I may have to get those nutcrackers out of storage before next Christmas!!  Thanks Arrah.

We are closing in quickly on the preparations for our Quilt Show April 16 & 17.  Janet has been collecting submission forms for quilts and volunteers are needed for setup, tear down, and working the show in various capacities.  Feel free to call Karen, Janet or Georgia if you have any questions, or leave a comment here on our blog and I will get back to you.  Show flyers have been placed in Cincy and Dayton quilts shops and also other retail locations.  I believe we have some posters left if you know someone who would like to display  it.
